    Why Continuum Exists

A Time Zone Difference Can Be An Advantage

I spent over a decade practicing primary care in the U.S., in Pittsburgh.

In 2023, my family and I moved across the world. It was an opportunity for my wife's career and a chance to try something new. I began treating patients from all across the globe—a real privilege. But something became clear quickly:

I missed the rhythm of American primary care.

While consulting abroad, it became obvious that the time difference could be more of an advantage than a barrier. While the U.S. sleeps, I'm awake. Alert. Fresh. Capable of providing thoughtful expertise.

Fresh & Alert When You Need It

Not a groggy on-call physician awakened at 2 AM—a doctor starting their workday ready to provide thoughtful care.

    American-Trained, American-Focused

Understanding the culture, the system, and the expectations of U.S. patients and their primary care needs.

That's why I created Continuum—to bridge the best of American primary care with modern telehealth, providing reliable overnight access when you need it most.
